Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup oat flour
1 1/2 cup brown rice flour
1 cup shredded low-fat cheddar cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 egg
1/2 cup water
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly until dough forms. Roll the dough out on a lightly floured surface to 1/4 inch thickness. Use a cookie cutter to cut out shapes. Place on an ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown. Remove from the oven and let cool completely on a wire rack. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
