Ingredients:
1 cup flour
1 cup brown rice flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
2 ground sweet Italian turkey sausages
1/3 cup chicken broth
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Place the sausages in a pot of water. Bring to a boil and cook for 20 minutes. Remove from heat and run under cold water until cool enough to handle. Remove the sausage casing and finely ground the sausage in a food processor.
Combine the cooked, ground sausage with all ingredients and mix thoroughly until a dough forms. Roll the dough out on a lightly floured surface to 1/4 inch thickness. Use a cookie cutter to cut into shapes. Place on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 22-27 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown. Remove from oven and let cool completely on a wire rack. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
